BRAND CREATIVE STRATEGY, HAKKASAN AND YAUATCHA
Following an extensive brand strategy project which I led with my global VP of marketing, I developed a creative strategy for global restaurant lifestyle brands Hakkasan and Yauatcha. A major part of this involved working with North design consultancy on new photography and the design and production of new brand books. I wrote extensive brand guidelines that have been circulated and adhered to globallly.
